I am a huge chili avid – whether that’s sauces or oils or the chilis themselves – I just love them. My passion for food, specifically Asian food began when I took a trip to that part of the world in 2016. Experiencing and exposing yourself to different cultures will teach you a lot about yourself… things you really had no idea about before. When I came back to the UK I expanded my passion for food, from teaching myself to cook my favorite noodles to learning how to gut fish.

We launched our first product in NY, our original chili oil, in 2022 throughout the farmers markets of Long Island. After its success, we decided to add dumplings, which was the perfect complement to our amazing sauces. It took off, and we never looked back.

In 2023, we moved to California and entered multiple farmers markets from LA to San Diego. Today, we are in over 15 farmers markets a week. Our dumplings have been featured on FOX and San Diego Magazine.
